SEARCHING for my next interesting opportunity!
Hi again! As you may already know at this point, I am Jay-Kwon Park, a Product Designer based in Seattle, WA.
Recently, I had the opportunity to lead the design on the Commercial Engineering team under the Customer Experience and Success (CXP) department. I led the end-to-end designs for the Surface Management Portal (SMP) and the Hardware Support Portal (HSP).
I hold a master’s degree in Arctic research from the University of Washington and previously worked as an Arctic researcher at the Korean Maritime Institute. My passion for UX design emerged when I noticed that many projects lacked user research, rendering them ineffective. This realization drove me to pursue a career where I can make a tangible impact on people's daily lives.
When I'm not staring at a screen, I enjoy traveling, photography, and experimenting with colors in my wardrobe.
